Yes! Our space capsule backpacks feature breathable mesh panels, sturdy construction, and ergonomic shoulder straps to ensure both you and your cat are comfortable, even on longer adventures.
Some products, like harnesses and backpacks, come in multiple sizes. Please refer to each product page for detailed sizing guides and recommendations.
Certain items, such as our travel bowls and select backpacks, are water-resistant. Please check each product description for specific care and usage instructions.
Absolutely! While designed for outdoor use, many Blinkycat essentials like tents, bowls, and toys work perfectly at home.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
Unfortunately, only one payment method can be used per transaction.
Your payment is processed at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.
At this time, we do not offer installment plans. However, we’re exploring additional payment options in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping arrives in 7–12 business days.
Currently, we ship to the U.S. and Canada. We plan to expand to more regions soon.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
During peak periods, minor delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipment, please contact our support team.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and pre-approved by customer support.
If the return is due to personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping. If it’s due to an error or defect, we’ll cover the cost.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Customized items and those marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
Warranty & Product Issues
Yes. We offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Please see our Warranty Policy for details.
Damage caused by misuse, chewing, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Yes. If your product is eligible under warranty, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and covers defects within the timeframe outlined in our policy.
